meetings and quarterly GPS Gatherings help keep this culture of leadership development central to our

This training covers the key expectations, safety policies, and emergency procedures for Bridge Kids leaders. Leaders are expected to attend church, represent Christ well, arrive early, come prepared, and dress modestly. Safety procedures focus on protecting kids through practices like the Two-Deep Rule, incident reporting, secure child check-in/check-out, restroom policies, and proper emergency response. All leaders are also required to read and sign the full policy manual.
These 3 video options are different for each role. You only need the one that applies to your level of
leadership. They outline leadership structure, role expectations, and practical tips to help you. Each level is
designed to help leaders effectively disciple kids through preparation, communication, safety, growth, and
teamwork. These are useful job descriptions and ongoing resources to help you create a fun, safe, and
gospel-centered environment for children and families. You only have to watch the video for your position.
