Speed the light events
Speed the light (STL) is a program that not only supports missionaries but also fosters a heart for missions among young people. It is an opportunity to make a tangible impact on the spread of the gospel worldwide. We hold many fundraisers through the year. Here are our big four events that you can be apart of!
row a thon
In the winter, we host our Speed the Light Row-a-thon! Students row in teams on a row machine to raise money through sponsorships. To participate there will be a $15 registration fee. We have an annual goal of $5,000 for this event! Every bit helps!
golf tournament
STL Golf tournament is an event where students work hard to put together an amazing day of golf to raise money for missions! This money helps to remove women and children from Human Trafficking, provides water to third world countries, and so much more!

Come help raise money for missions by grabbing your sneakers, friends, and walking for 24 hours! Join us for 24 hours of walking at North High School to raise money for missions! From 8pm to 8pm, we’ll be stepping up for a great cause. To participate, you will need 5 sponsors, a parental consent form, and an info sheet with all the details. Let's make a difference together!
chili cook-off & brownie bake-off
Individuals go head to head to see who's coming out as this year's Chili and Brownie Champions! This is a fun event that helps our students raise money for missions, while eating amazing food. Don't miss it!

winter retreat
Winter Retreat is a packed weekend in Lake Geneva where youth groups from all over the area come to spend the weekend in worship, engaging messages, and a lot of time hanging out together!
Join us for Winter Retreat this year on March 14-15This will be a weekend full of fun games, incredible worship, and some powerful messages by pastor Joshua Edmon. The cost for the weekend is $100 which includes everything - meals, housing, and transportation. Early Bird pricing ends on February 28th. USE GROUP HOLD CODE: WRBRIDGE

This three day weekend is filled with amazing worship, awesome speakers, and breakout sessions. Students get the opportunity to explore the town with their leaders and hang out together! This year's guest speaker is Reggie Daabs!
