

Bridge Kids is built on a culture of leadership development, not just volunteering. The ministry exists to see leaders called, equipped, growing, and mentoring so the next generation can be effectively discipled. Team members are encouraged to identify and affirm gifts in others, communicate clearly, prepare well, and continually grow spiritually and in their skills. Leadership is shared through mentorship, with everyone learning from and investing in one another so the ministry can continue to grow and thrive. Regular team gatherings and quarterly GPS meetings help keep this culture of leadership development strong and front and center.
